There’s often well in excess of 500 per level, and finding them with no real radar can take hours of exploration. The large maps make for dull driving routes, especially in the classic ‘carma’ mode, where one option is to kill every ‘ped’. The answer is ‘not really’ in most situations. ![]() ![]() ![]() With games (and gamers) having moved on, does this infantile murder simulator still have a part to play in the pantheon of modern gaming? But does this latest entry still capture the spirit of the original? Back in the late 90’s, the original made headlines around the world for encouraging players to squash pedestrians, its adult humour, and being completely un-politically correct. Perhaps it says something about modern games that a new Carmageddon no longer makes headlines.
